I was assisted by Chuma Mooi when I took out Dotsure pet health insurance for my new puppy. It was bittersweet for me because I just cancelled my previous policy about a month ago when my previous fur-baby had to be euthanised because of congenitive heart failure. Chuma was not only super efficient, but her empathy about the passing of Basil was extraordinary. Although I was in tears, it felt like talking to a kindred spirit who understood just how difficult it is to eventually have to take that dreaded trip to the vet when it becomes evident that life is no more fun for your best friend and most trusted companion.
