I was assisted by Christopher Viljoen. He ensured that I felt understood and he made sure that he listened to all of my reasons as to why I was interested in the policy. He was timeous, professional, and always calm. I usually do not enjoy doing an enquiry telephonically due to much misinformation or confusion on both ends but when he explained the policy to me, it was quite clear and reassuring and did not take too much of my time which I appreciate, as my job is quite demanding. His service was impeccable👏
