I was assisted by Chadwick Lewis. What a lovely gentleman He gave me a call on Thursday 17 October however my area had a power outage. I told him my battery might die He then said he would call back another time. He called back the next day and was as chirp as the day before He explained every package giving good advice. I feel I made the right choice for my fur baby. Thanks Chad
