I was assisted by Caitlyn Kelton today where I had to regrettably and sadly cancel my policy until financially viable and I was very concerned for my two dogs and the expenses from vets for their well being. Through her desire to assist me and them against any future occurrences which could occur unexpectedly, she instead helped me understand that I could still have peace of mind through a more affordable option by assisting me with information readily available and today they both have pet insurance I can easily afford. She is professional, informative, considerate and understanding, I am confident that if I ever require any further assistance that Caitlyn will be there to help us through any issues. Thank you Caitlyn for eliminating the stress factor and creating an opportunity for my babies to receive medical attention should the need arise, I'm truly grateful.
