I wanted to cancel my policy but thanks to Michael Bennett I decided not to. He explained the benefits clearly and calmly, and was professional and respectful of my time as I was at work. I would have cancelled if not for him as I didn’t really understand when I would possibly need to use my policy. I am now happy I spoke to him and decided to stay on with Dotsure. I have not needed to claim from yet so cannot comment on that. Hopefully I’ll never need to. 5 stars to Michael Bennett for giving me peace of mind
