I WANT MY STOLLE PETROL

Dot sure is one of the worst company I have ever seen in my life with extreme poor very poor customer service. My experience with dotsure has nothing but a nightmare for me , the amount of abuse I get here is totally unbelievable yet I'm paying this guys every month. On the day when that I went to fetch my car since you dumped it hundreds of kilometers away, when I was checking it I realized that all my PETROL HAS BEEN DRAINED there was nothing on the gas thank even the light was flashing. I told Leon about my petrol he said he is going to investigate and get back to me but he didn't, I spoke to Sisanda more than once she promised to get back to me but till today there is nothing. Is this the kind of customer service you guys are offering *****ing from your customers and ignoring the completely. When the car was towed it had a full tank I was traveling from PTA to KZN. I want my ****** PETROL.
