I WANT MY MONEY
I WANT MY MONEY Canceled their policies last year December and I spoke to one of their employees to cancel them but they still been trying to debit into my account they even debited again into my account this month 20/03/2025 which they took my money,why take my money when I canceled the policies?I've sent am email to them and no one responded to it,this I'm also taking to the ombudsman as I have proof that I have a period of 2 months I sent the cancelation email and what you did is called *****ing, YOU CAN'T CONTINUE to try and debit into my account or debit into my when I canceled the policies.
