I spoke with Marizel Bernardo because I want to start taking out pet insurance and she was so sweet,patient and helpful. She gave all the information accordingly and explained very nicely when I didn't understand something. As this was my first time doing something like this (I'm very young) she definitely took some of the nerves and stress away. I was very surprised when she knew that I was afrikaans.😂 The service was a 10/10.
