I spoke to Chanelle Hechter yesterday 29 April 2025 from Dotsure and she was so helpful, very understanding and very much accomodating. She answered all my questions very good and she also explained the different plans for my cat Buddy. This was truely the first time for me talking to someone I felt so at ease and relaxed with. Thank you for your time and patience and friendliness much appreciated Chanelle Hechter. 🙏🫶🙂👍
