I spoke to Ayana Zulu, who was SOOOO patient and kind. She explained everything very clearly without sounding pushy or like it was a sales call. I already feel happy with their client care, and i only just joined dotsure.co.za. Dotsure.co.za, I hope you know what wonderful staff you have! I also spoke to Sasha who helped me with the banking part (because i am not very tech savvy!). She too was extremely helpful and patient.
