I specifically appreciated the fact that they called me after I tried to get an online quote, as Astin Moses, their sales consultant, provided excellent advice regarding the appropriate insurance for the ages of the 2 pets I want to insure, which was not immediately obvious online. She was also able to answer all my questions very professionally, and was as good as her word and sent info via email as requested and called me at agreed times. All in all a very pleasant experience!
