I signed up with Dotsure in 2016 after not so great experiences with other insurance companies. I’ve been a big fan since and have even referred a few friends. My current commendation goes to Zandi Mawana and her colleague who took my initial call and passed me on to Zandi. I didn’t get her name unfortunately. Firstly, the handover of my case was very smooth and I didn’t have to repeat myself and the case history endlessly. The first person briefed the second. A lot of call centres do not do this handovers well and it can be quite frustrating for the customer when you have to repeat your case history almost endlessly. Zandi and her colleague were very courteous, respectful, professional and empathetic in attending to my concerns. Please keep up the good work. It has a big impact.
