I was highly confused about which company to go with for pet care cover for my dogs. I reached out to the various companies and typically got a standardised mail response that technically answered my questions, but didn't leave me feeling all that comfortable. I finally decided to take the plunge and sign my dogs for cover for a year in advance - which is not the way they normally do things. Carl made it happen and explained every step in plain English. This is the kind of assurance and service that you need if you're ever going to claim for something. I was so comfortable with Carl's service that I've added my latest adoption to Dotsure as well.
