I requested to cancel my Dotsure policy reason being is that I hadn’t used it and my pet is healthy and within a day of my cancellation request I received a phone call from Dotsure. I spoke to a lovely lady , Precious Xego, and she explained a different policy to me that would better suit me and my pup. A very big thank you to Precious for being very informative and kind.
