I regret using this insurence company

Dotsure is a *** insurence company,i am going to terminate all the policies i have with them,their service sucks,firstly when i called them to claim for a machenical insurence they claimed under the comprehensive cover,and it dragged for the whole week,i had to do the claim on my own from their portal under the warranty policy,what amazes me is why they dd not do that,as if that wasn't enough there was no feed back from them,i had to call and email them a lot to find out about the progress of the claim.and i only got R2900 and theg said it was for the part that was damaged and the dealer which is fixing my car said the parts ,costs R9424.25.On their contract it states that they cover labour but they did not pay even a cent for labour.i contacted their compains division which was no help at all,cause they dd not get back to me
