I recently purchased an extended car warranty from Dotsure and was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Khanya Njalo. They clearly explained what was covered (mechanical and electrical breakdowns on up to 60 components, up to R400,000 in parts coverage, etc.) and matched my needs for my 2019 Ford Ranger with +74000 kilometers to the appropriate plan. They were professional, friendly, and responsive, answering all of my questions without pressure and making the costs and benefits very clear. They seemed to genuinely care that I understood what I was buying. The documentation was sent promptly, and I appreciated the follow-up. I highly recommend them. Overall rating: 5 out of 5.
