I received very speedy responses to set up my policy and Shane Leonard was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I liked that I was able to arrange for a specific time for calling, as I am not always available and I also liked that they gave me time to think over the policies and didn’t pressure me (as a lot of insurance companies do) to make a quick decision by phoning incessantly.
