I received excellent services by Marizel Bernardo. She was patient and answered all my questions satisfactorily. My conversation with her wasn't at all about her forcing the most expensive cover on me (which is what most consultant's do) , but rather helping me figure out what the best cover will be for my fur baby. Thank you for your fantastic services and your sparkling personality.
