I received excellent client service from Michael Bennett this morning. I was considering changing our pet insurance to another company (for affordability AND because I had not read their policy document thoroughly). Without being 'pushy', Michael calmly and patiently helped us to weight up the pros and cons of the two companies, allowing us to come to our own conclusion that, quite obviously, Dotsure is the much better option. Michael also arranged for an affordable premium and I can honestly say that he is the reason I did not make the mistake of leaving Dotsure. This was also a good lesson on the importance of reading policy documents carefully. Thank you Michael.
