I received assistance from Marizel Bernardo, who swiftly assisted me with getting my three cats on pet insurance. She explained everything thoroughly, and provided me with what was probably the best customer service I have ever received. She has an extremely positive attitude and was a pleasant person to be assisted by. I am grateful to Marizel for making this such an effortless process.
