I received a call from them this morning to start an insurance plan for my pup, and the experience on the phone was nothing short of professional, insightful and helpful. My consultant SKYLA, gave me all the necessary information i needed and was quite accommodating of me as i was occupied with travelling during the call. I’m quite happy with my plan, and look forward to my fur baby being insured by Dotsure
