I put a claim through for my dog who had been accidentally injured. I was able to do the quote via WhatsApp and upload the documents they needed and submitted a story of what happened to my dog. I got my quote number immediately and by the next day (a Saturday) the claim had been approved for payment. I received my refund by Tuesday the next week. Lee-Ann Hedeman handled my claim and she was fantastic. I didn’t need to speak to her or repeat anything I’d already submitted. Very happy with their service.
