I performed an online quote and got side tracked while doing so. After 5 minutes, I got communication that my quote was idling. I couldn't complete the quote at the time and the company tried to call me. I was unavailable at the time and Ayema sent me an email. I responded with a time and date indicating availability. Ayema called me on the clock. What a pleasant gentleman. He answered all my questions, including my hypothetical questions that were to find out how the cover worked.
