I am with Dotsure since 2016. 2 pets became 4 pets in 2019 and very recently 5 pets in September last year. Honestly speaking in the beginning it was a bit shaky … time wise etc. but in the last 2 years, I can really say that Dotsure sharpened their pencils and up their game re time management! You should know that our fur babies VET has asked me my opinion about pet insurance company experience and I told them hats down - Dotusure. Our old Basset Girl is turning 12 - and she has been registered with another insurance company and even so, Dotsure remains TOPS! Their friendly service, quick responses aaaand keeping the Minister of Finance Happy with money in the bank no later than 72 hrs after a claim was registered! What more can a furry parent ask for. Trust me, if you have Yorkies, Basset Hounds and Pedigree Cats …. I pay my monthly fees with a gigantic Smile!
