I NEED TO CLAIM, YOUR IVR KEEPS DROPPING CALLS!!!
SO THE EMERGENCY NUMBER ***FOR THIS SO CALLED INSURANCE IS NOT SO EMERGENCY AFTER ALL!!! CALLED 6 TIMES TO CLAIM FOR A DAMAGED WINDSCREEN AND THE CALL KEEPS GETTING CUT!!! WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CLIENT IS IN A LIFE THREATNING SITUATION? MAYBE IT'S TIME ONE CHANGES TO A WORKING INSURANCE AFTERALL.
