I'm really getting annoyed with Dotsure

<p>I recently purchased a vehicle and insured it through Dotsure. Everything was going so well and smooth and that didn't even last long. Michelle Thorpe was appointed as my advisor and it has been a nightmare. The first problem started when I sent Michelle two emails to contact me up to date she still hasn't made contact with me and I really don't want to deal with this woman ever! I received my policy schedule via post andlovu I noticed that the Do not tow sticker was not in the envelope. I spoke to Herman who advised that he will arrange for the sticker to be sent. Today I arrived home arrived and received the document and there was still no sticker. I am really getting ****ed off because I have been a dotsure client for less than a month and this is what I have to put up with? How do you expect me to refer friends to dotsure when you guys are failing to send something as simple as a Do not tow sticker? It makes me wonder how you guys handle claims cause this is really shocking. </p>
