I lodged a claim to Dotsure, 3 weeks ago as I had electrical problems

I lodged a claim to Dotsure, 3 weeks ago as I had electrical problems. I then received a message with my claim number and the Claim Handlers name. After that I got an sms from AA which told me to expect help Sanjax Building Projects, Newcastle. They were unable to come, is the explanation I got from the Sanjax consultant, Two days after I went to work, when I came back home and there was a Blue 4X4 Bakkie parked at my house gate. When I got inside the house, there were 3 guys who were working on my DB Box, the plugs in my sitting room and TV room are were opened. They told me that they were sent by the guys in Newcastle to come and solve the problem I had but they failed and they promised to come back the next day of which they didn't do. My plugs which they found working, were left not working. Some lights were not working and some are still not on working order. I reported the issue to the Sanjax guy who promised me that the guys would come the next day, but they never came. I was indmstructed by the insurance to look for a qualified electrician who'd come and do an assessment, give a damage report and the quotation, I did exactly what they instructed me to do. Yesterday I was called by another lady on behalf of my Claim Handler(Barbie Fourie) to tell me that my Claim has been declined. I asked them why am I being held liable for the problems that were caused by the guys they sent, when I was not even at home and nobody had arranged anything with me on that day. I am not happy by the way they handled my issue(claim), I know that they've been good to me all along but this time they must sort this issue out as it isn't my fault at all. They have to pay this electrician who has fixed some of my problems
