I honestly must say the Agent who contacted me aka Nina, deserves the 5 star rating
I honestly must say the Agent who contacted me aka Nina, deserves the 5 star rating. She was very patient while taking me step by step through the policy details. Making it easy to understand. Your company should employ more people like her. I am an ex call centre Manager and I can tell when an employee is an asset to the company. Nina keep up the good work. I hope your superiors see your worth.
