I have recently just got a puppy and did not know where to start! Feeling very overwhelmed, I was fortunately assisted by the very competent Nina Ras. She was patient with me over the phone while I explained everything about my new puppy and she listened to me with utmost care. She advised me very professionally and assisted me swiftly.
