I have my pets insured with Dotsure since May 2020 and have always received exceptional service from all of their representatives
I have my pets insured with Dotsure since May 2020 and have always received exceptional service from all of their representatives. My claims are always adjudicated on the same day of submission and the claims are paid out within 1 day of the claim being adjudicated (even on a Saturday!). Most recently there was a slight misunderstanding with one of my claims that were submitted, I called in and spoke to a friendly and professional consultant, Brendan Bence, who assisted with my claim and policy information. Brendan got back to me and rectified my claim within a day. I would highly recommend dotsure.co.za
