I have just taken out a warranty policy with Dotsure and managed to be contacted by an Agent called Mohammed Suleman. He was extremely patient, understanding (as im not also readily available to take his call- even though I requested that he call me back on a few occassions), but more importantly knowledgable about their product offering. I would highly recommend him and Dotsure if this is the service delivery i have received from the onset. Dotsure seems to have picked the cream of the crop when employing Mohammed.
