I had the pleasure of receiving a call from agent Kyla Knoetze today ( DOTSURE PET INSURANCE ) which resulted in a slight premium increase for additional services for my Fur-Kid Dusty
I had the pleasure of receiving a call from agent Kyla Knoetze today ( DOTSURE PET INSURANCE ) which resulted in a slight premium increase for additional services for my Fur-Kid Dusty. You have a gem here!! Pleasant, coherent and knows her product. She spoke clearly and most importantly SLOWLY, which is something Call Centre Agents do not do anymore. Most calls I get from Call Centre Agents speed through the script that she/he is reading without so much as taking a breath. Well Done Kyla. Appreciated. Cheryl
