I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin Jafta from Dotsure Pet Insurance, and I’m genuinely impressed. He was fast, efficient, and above all, sincere and authentic in his approach. It’s rare these days to come across someone in customer service who is not only professional but also genuinely helpful and human. Justin has restored my faith in customer service—a true asset to the Dotsure team. Thank you!
