I had the pleasure of dealing with Christopher Viljoen. A reminder that excellence and customer service still exists. Before making a decision on the products. Christopher took the time to explain the product, the benefits and what would suit me and my 2 beautiful cats. Not like some companies that sell you things you don't need. He advised me on why the selected option may not yield benefit to me. I am so grateful to him by providing me the best guidance to ensure I am covered with my Cats, Kudos to Christopher Viljoen - Customer Service Champion
