He is exceptionally friendly, helpful and patient in explaining everything thoroughly. He does not pressure you to take more expensive packages just for the money, but actually cares about what is best for you and your pet. He put a smile on my face every time we spoke. He is an excellent example of how to work with customers and build a fantastic reputation for the company. I would rate my experience 10 stars if I could!
