I had a great interaction with Marizel Bernardo. I called in expecting to pay over 1k for my two kittens, but Marizel vestry nicely explain what all the policies entailed with the extras and managed to bring it down by 50percent. The most expensive features were not pushed onto me, which was pleasantly surprising. Marizel was professional but friendly and made the whole process go by efficiently.
