I had a great experience with Dotsure pet insurance. I requested a quotation online and was pleasantly surprised when I received an immediate phone call back. They also did a great job following up on my request without me having to chase anything. The consultant I spoke to, Bernadine Bence, was extremely friendly and professional. She was knowledgeable, patient and very competent in explaining everything clearly. Overall, the service was efficient and pleasant from start to finish.
