I filled in an online form to get an estimate of how expensive it would be to get different types of cover for my two dogs. The website is well designed and easy to navigate. To make it even better, I was contacted the following morning by Charlize Minnaar who was incredibly bubbly and made the experience even easier and very personal. I cannot thank Charlize and the rest of the dotsure team enough for how easy it was to get cover for my furbabies. Will update this review when I make a claim in the future to see how that experience goes, but for now, I am incredibly hopeful as the customer service I received was fantastic.
