I don’t know when last I spoke to such a calm agent Asisipho Mafani, we reviewed my policy and all was explained and made a clear understanding. I kept on asking her questions that I don’t want anything that will Make my premium be more that the agreed amount. I assumed the courtesy was part of the premium (crazy I know) and she explained that yes it comes at extra cost IMAGINE😂, am happy with her service. I know being an agent is hard some of us (customers) can ruin someone else’s entire day because we speak to them as if they ain’t following protocols when ALL of us from different workplaces we do. ✋🏾 high 5 Sana
