I did not believe my pet needed insurance

I was assisted by Chanelle Hechter, she called me on every appointment we have set; even though I was unable to talk she would reschedule. Her patience is astounding. She explained the cover clearly and made sure to repeat where I did not understand. I hope the great service extends to others and she grows. I did not believe my pet needed insurance until she walked me through it.
