I delt with a lovely lady called Nazley, she was extremely understanding and caring for my two dogs I wanted to have covered, she was not pushy on which premium or package to choose and was very patient with my indecisiveness. She explained everything beautifully and on a level that a customer would understand useing real life examples and useing my pets names in conversation as if they were human made me feel very comfortable and felt like she cared about them and their well being just as much as I do. I have just signed up and can't comment on claiming or any further experiences but the sign up was an absolute pleasure, I couldn't finish the conversation with Nazley at 2 ocl**** when she first phoned me and she understood that I was busy and called me back a few hours later. I have recommended useing dot sure to a few of my friends already based on the pleasure of dealing with this lovely lady Nazley. I look forward to receiving service like this for years to come haveing my fur-babies covered by Dot sure.
