I dealt with Tamara Naki this morning. Unfortunately I phoned in because I have to cancel my pet insurance. We have been struggling financially for a while now and I just cannot afford it. Tamara went through some options with me to see if a lower amount would suit me, but it's not going to right now. Her mannerism was lovely and she wasn't pushy in any way only helpful and understanding. Thanks
