I contacted the call center wanting to cancel my policy due to current financial constraints. Being a client for about 2 years I have always received THE best assistance from Dotsure so understandably was a bit sad to bring our journey to an end. Our furbabies are our life and it was a difficult decision to make. I spoke to consultant Wynonia Oosthuizen who advised that there are more options available - she was understanding, patient and really went the extra mile to see how Dotsure can be of assistance given our circumstances. I was truly impressed and felt so much more at ease that a plan was formulated especially to suit our current needs. THANK YOU Dotsure for doing what you do!!!
