I cannot remember the last time I received such an excellent service from any company. D’angelo White is the specialist that gave me a call and explained to me the different insurance options. He seems quite knowledgeable about pets and what would be best, however left it to me to make a choice and selection. At no stage did I get misled or felt that he was unsure of what he was talking about. Amazing service. I have noted a continuous support from this insurance- it was not just a once off transaction. I am in awe. Thank you
