I am writing to review the service received from Craig Terblanche at dotsure.co.za We recently found a kitten in a s**** yard and decided to take it home. After a visit to our local vet to check her out, we received a welcome pack from Hills and inside was information and an offer for dotsure online insurance for our new pet. Craig Terblanche was the very patient service agent who assisted me in setting this all up and answering all my queries. He was very thorough and clear on the options and what it all entailed and phoned back several times to accommodate my timings to discuss. He was very professional and his product knowledge was most helpful and he was able to explain what was on offer, effectively. We now have our new kitten and a new puppy insured through dotsure.
