I am Siyathemba Mani from PE

I am Siyathemba Mani from PE. I have insurance with Dotsure. On Wednesday 2024-01-24 I got hi-jacked in front of my house and my vehicle was recovered later with car keys missing and front windscreen cracked. I put a claim at Dotsure who is now playing mind games with me. They want tow my vehicle from police pound to do what they call vehicle assessment because they want me to pay more excess. If I allow them to do that i will have to pay the minimum of R4500 minimum in excess fee of , however, if the claim is done in accordance with the contract i will pay R350 excess fee for keys and the minimum of R500 or 20percent excess fee for my windscreen. Now they are dragging themselves persisting that I will need to pay R4500 comprehensive fee.
