I am not sure what you require her.
I submitted a claim for my 13 year old dachshund, Bubbles on 30.10.2021. She has osteoarthritis. I received the confirmation of the claim the same day and the full refund was paid into my account this morning, 3.11.2021. Stacey Lee Masimela handled my claim. This was just plain excellent service.
