I am clearly the ********!
After being a customer for 5 years I submitted a claim for my garage being broken into. And because there were no signs of forced entry, jamming the electric motor while closing it, and because I have tenants in the house sharing with me, the claim was rejected AND I lost my no-claim bonus. I do not feel supported by this company and will cancel my insurance with them.
