I adopted a dog from animal anti-cruelty league and 2 months subscription to dotsure was sponsored by Hill's pet food. I had a call from Berny Swart from dotsure to explain nature of the cover in detail. I found her telephone manner excellent. She took her time to explain everything and gave me options and contact numbers should I need help with the policy. Within a short time I was sent the policy documents etc. I will say this was excellent customer service over the phone. Thankyou Berny you do your job very well .
