I acquired a pet for the first time in my 75 years. From a preliminary review dotsure seemed a good option. For all my queries, they responded with all the information I ever required. I was finally contacted by Sonja who helped me through the application process. She was most helpful and very patient and went to a lot of trouble in explaining all the details to me as well as the best option to use. I am most grateful to Sonja as well as to Carla, for helping me through this process and we now have our pet insured.
